We specialize in custom grading for all avenues of landscaping including ground preparation for seed and sod lawns. We also have the capability to remove rock from the existing soil in preparation for landscaping. We also provide trenching and auguring as part of our custom tractor services.

trenching
We have two skid steer tractors and two trenching attachments. This enables us to do much more trenching and to come when it is most convenient for you. We can trench on our job site and at the same time come to your home to fulfill all of your trenching needs. Price: $75/hr with a two hour minimum including travel time one way.

auguring
We also have two augers for our skid steers, a 36 inch and a 12 inch, to help plant almost any shrub or bush. We can auger holes for all the shrubs and trees in your yard, usually in a couple of hours. Leaving just the planting and backfilling to you. Price: $65/hr with a two hour minimum and travel time one way.

grading
Our Rotadairon takes almost any soil and turns it into a great seed bed. Do you have big rocks or hard packed gravel? If there is good soil in it the Rotadairon will bury the rocks and bring the good soil to the top. This machine is excellent at soil renovation too. It can chew through most any existing vegetation and bury it under the soil giving you a clean spot of ground to start from. To see and read more about the Rotadairon click here. Price is $85/hr with a two hour minimum and travel time one way. It is a little more expensive than other choices you might have but this machine saves tremendous time and money in the long run. Our Preseeder is an ideal seed bed preparatory for lawns. It windrows rocks while leveling and rolling the ground to provide an extremely level and rock free surface.
